Booking
Q1. When should I book my room?
As soon as possible. Rooms at Campus Serge Kampf Les Fontaines are set aside in limited numbers for convention participants and are allocated in the order bookings are made.
Q2. Which nights can I book?
The convention takes place on 23 and 24 February 2027. You can book the nights of 22, 23 and 24 February, so you can arrive the evening before. Choose one or more nights depending on your attendance. Check-in is from 3 pm and rooms must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.
Q3. Is Monday evening dinner included?
No, dinner at the venue on Monday evening is optional. You can add it when choosing your nights, up until the confirmation step.
Q4. Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation email is sent automatically as soon as your booking is complete. You can view it at any time in your personal area, under “My bookings”.
Q5. Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. Your invoice is sent to you by email and can be downloaded from your personal area once your booking is complete.
Q6. What if no rooms are left?
The number of available rooms is shown for each night. If a night is fully booked, contact your Business Profilers project manager: we will look for a solution with the organising team.
Q7. Are payments secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a leading solution for secure online transactions. No card details are stored on the platform.
Q8. Is the platform GDPR compliant?
Yes. The platform complies with the General Data Protection Regulation. Your data is encrypted, used only to organise your accommodation and never sold.
Changes and cancellation
Q9. Can I change my booking?
Yes, directly from your personal area, under “My bookings”. You can add a night with “Extend stay” or cancel a night you no longer need.
Please do not contact the venue directly to change your booking: all changes go through the platform.
Q10. Can I change the name on my booking?
Yes, from your personal area. If a colleague is replacing you, however, we recommend cancelling your booking before the deadline and asking them to book in their own name.
Q11. Until when can I cancel?
You can cancel your booking up to and including 31 January 2027. After this date, cancellation is no longer possible and the stay remains payable.
Q12. Will I be refunded if I cancel?
Yes, if you cancel before the deadline. The night and any options booked are refunded to the payment method used, within approximately 5 to 10 business days. The management fee of 6,90 % per night is non-refundable.
Q13. What happens if I don't show up without cancelling?
The booking is treated as a no-show: the stay is charged in full and no refund is possible.

Q14. Where is the venue and how do I get there?
Campus Serge Kampf Les Fontaines is located at 67 rue de Chantilly, 60270 Gouvieux, France. By train, take the TER regional train from Paris Gare du Nord to Chantilly-Gouvieux, then a taxi to the venue. By car, follow the A1 towards Chantilly: parking is available on site.
Q15. What does my room rate include?
What is included is shown on each rate when you choose your nights, and then in your booking confirmation.
Q16. Will I have anything to pay on site?
Your room and booked options are paid at the time of booking. Only personal expenses incurred on site (bar, extra consumption, etc.) are to be settled with the venue when you leave.
Q17. I have specific dietary requirements or will arrive late. Who should I tell?
Your Business Profilers project manager, by phone or email. We will pass the information on to the venue before you arrive.
After my stay
Q18. How do I justify my accommodation in my expense report?
Attach the invoice available in your personal area, under “My bookings”. It details the nights, options and taxes for your stay.
